1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kritanta mobile applications (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store) or website (kritanta.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Service & Spiritual Content
Kritanta provides digital educational, literary, and contemplative presentations of ancient Indian epics, including the Valmiki Ramayana, Mahabharata, and classical Puranas. Content is curated for cultural, educational, and spiritual enrichment. Translations, commentaries, and philosophical interpretations represent scholarly and traditional perspectives.
3. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. In-App Subscriptions & Billing
Kritanta offers optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions (e.g. Monthly and Annual plans). All payments, billing, renewals, and cancellations are processed directly through Apple App Store (In-App Purchases) or Google Play Billing under their respective terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device's app store account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
The original software architecture, user interface design, visual assets, proprietary translations, curated commentaries, card structures, and branding are the intellectual property of Kritanta Media. Classical root verses in Sanskrit reside in the public domain.
